The Bone Imaging and Modelling group is led by Michael Doube.

Michael's team investigates mineralised tissues as multiscale materials using X-ray and synchrotron-radiation microtomography, light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and computational modelling. He is the project lead for the ImageJ plugin suite BoneJ, which is image analysis software originally designed for bone, but which is increasingly used for other porous materials
