Details: The RVC Sutton Trust Summer School gives a real experience of university life studying Veterinary Medicine, Biosciences and Veterinary Nursing. This programme is usually a five-day residential held at our Hawkshead campus, however was run online in 2020 due to the pandemic and is likely to look slightly different again in 2021. As well as taking part in online lectures, virtual practical demonstrations and Q&A with our world-leading researchers, we really hope to welcome every student to campus for hands-on experiences in our animal hospitals, Clinical Skills Centre, labs or farm. Whether online or in-person, you’ll still get the chance to meet current RVC students, other young people with a passion for animals and professionals working in a range of animal science careers. You’ll receive personal support to reach your goals and navigate the university application process. Work together to create group projects, solve veterinary case studies, and enjoy student social activities!
The cost of transport, food and activities will be covered by the RVC and the Sutton Trust.
