It is RVC policy to charge and collect on all fees owing for courses. Fees are approved by the RVC Council (its governing body) and variations to fees for individual students may only be approved by the RVC Principal or his nominee. The amount of tuition fees due, and the due date, will be shown to you as part of the online enrolment process.

The appropriate procedures for payment of fees, collection of fees, withdrawals and calculation of refunds are included within the full Student Fees Policy document.

Student Fees Policy and Regulations

Each year the College publishes an updated student fees policy. The following policy covers students enrolling or re-enrolling for the 2022/23 academic year.

The College has General Regulations and Awards that cover Tuition Fees and Debt as well as academic matters.

The Regulations are available here: General Regulations for Study and Award.

Tuition Fee Payment Methods

Student Loan Company

New students - If the full fee is being paid directly by the Student Loans Company please bring the SLC Payment Advice confirmation letter with you to enrolment.

Continuing students - you do not need to provide the SLC Payment Advice confirmation letter but we may ask to view this letter if we need to.

Sponsor

If your fee is being paid by an external or internal sponsor, you must provide a completed Sponsorship form  or an official letter from your sponsor confirming the amount and duration of tuition fees they are paying. This  Sponsorship form applies even if you are sponsored by the RVC, in which case it must be completed by your Head of Department.

New students - please bring official sponsor letter or sponsorship form with you to enrolment day.

Continuing students - unless your initial letter specifies sponsorship is for the whole duration of your course, you will need to supply a new proof of sponsorship letter/form for each subsequent academic year during re-enrolment.
