The Royal Vet College has been working for a number of months on updating our telephone and communications systems. This is in order to improve reliability of telephone lines and to increase the number of calls we are able to take, as well as adding new technology to improve internal communications. We hope to have our new system fully installed by the end of February and the first phase is due to be completed on Tuesday 7th February.
This will mean that our existing telephones at the Beaumont Sainsbury Animal Hospital may be out of action for a little while – we are allowing an hour’s downtime from 8am and are hoping that, in the event, they will only be out of action for 15 minutes or so.
Thank you for your understanding and we hope that you notice a marked improvement in communications following the installation.
