As part of the RVC’s commitment to equality and diversity, we are keen to ensure that all members of staff have undertaken up-to-date training in the area of equality & diversity as well provide equality data. Information about the equality and diversity training on offer and the annual report is below.
We have implemented a web-based training package in order to facilitate the dissemination of equality & diversity training to all staff and enable individuals to undertake the training at their own convenience.
All new starters will be required to complete relevant on-line training courses, within 3 months of joining the RVC (successful completion will be a requirement for confirmation in post at the probation point). New managers are also expected to complete a course on Inclusive Leadership.
Staff can access the online training hosted on the staff hub area of RVC Learn- details will be sent by Staff Training & Development via email.
Equality Monitoring Information
