Feline hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
Lois Wilkie is currently studying for a PhD under the supervision of Professor Virginia Luis-Fuentes (cardiology) and Professor Ken Smith (pathology). Lois' research involves the development of detailed pathological grading systems for different types of cardiomyopathy in cats, which can be used in conjunction with diagnostic imaging precisely to characterise the different types of feline cardiac disease. -
