RVC Patrons are supporters who value excellence, innovation and long-term impact. The RVC is an institution with global reach: our clinicians, researchers and educators collaborate internationally to address the most pressing challenges in animal health and welfare.
Through your patronage, you help extend the RVC’s impact far beyond our campuses - advancing knowledge, improving clinical care and strengthening veterinary education worldwide.
A defining feature of RVC Patrons is the opportunity to influence how support is directed. Each year, Patrons are invited to review a curated selection of RVC projects and to vote on which initiatives receive funding through the Patrons Fund. In doing so, Patrons play an active role in shaping the future direction of veterinary medicine at the RVC and improving lives across the globe.
Our focus
RVC Patronage supports the breadth of the RVC’s work, with particular emphasis on three interconnected pillars:
- World-leading clinical services: Delivered through RVC hospitals, which provide life-saving care to thousands of animals every year, while training the next generation of veterinary professionals.
- Pioneering research: From cancer research in dogs to innovative Blood Donor Programmes and advanced medical technologies, RVC research drives progress in veterinary medicine and delivers real-world impact.
- Exceptional education: As one of the world’s leading veterinary institutions, the RVC educates future clinicians, scientists and leaders who will shape animal healthcare globally.

Becoming an RVC Patron
