I am the Deputy Director of HR, and together with my team, I lead on Employee Relations, Equality and Diversity and Learning and Development.  Key outputs include development and delivery of our annual training programme, production of statutory equality and diversity reports and oversight of the Athena SWAN Action Plan. The team are also responsible for providing advice and support on a range of employee relations issues including, disciplinary, grievance, flexible working and absence management.
