My job title is information and IT Assistant.

I work on the IT Helpdesk from 8 - 1, Monday to Friday.

My job role is to assist users as much as i can to resolve their IT issues, if i am unable to help or advise them, i will then raise a job on ther service desk portal, and send to the relevant Team to assist the user. I gather all the information i can that is useful in resolving the problems.

I am based in the Library on the IT Helpdesk in Hawkshead.

I also assign job to our Campus Services and Building Services.
