Aurora Programme
Aurora is a women-only leadership development programme run by Advance (HE) former Leadership Foundation for Higher Education. Further details of the Aurora programme can be found on the Advance website.
As part of progressing our Athena SWAN action plan, the College has supported eight women to take part in the Aurora Women’s Leadership Programme run by Advance HE (former Leadership Foundation).

Aurora Programme 2021/22
I enjoyed the time and mental space available on the Aurora Program to reflect on the different aspects of leadership that are part of my professional life. As a result, I have a better picture of my own leadership values and how they influence my professional relationships. I have also learnt useful tools for reflecting on, and working through, problems from both an individual and management perspective.
