Our Small Animal Vomiting and Diarrhoea Clinic investigates dogs and cats suffering from protracted loose stools or vomiting.

Referred cases benefit from our state-of-art endoscopy suite and we are also able to utilise additional diagnostic imaging modalities such as ALICAM and fluoroscopy in the diagnostic investigations of our cases.

We are also active in clinical research (please insert link) to help advance the diagnosis and treatment of dogs and cats with chronic enteropathy.

Nutrition is an important aspect for the treatment of dogs and cats with gastrointestinal signs and we are very fortunate at the RVC to have a Small Animal Clinical Nutrition Service  to help provide dietary recommendations for our cases.
