AND WHAT WE DO CLINICAL THE ACT YEAR
IN NUMBERS
The Animal Care Trust (ACT) exists to
advance and improve animal health and
care. We achieve this through our support
of the Royal Veterinary College’s (RVC) Supporting clinical care
wide range of clinical, research and
educational activities.
We raise funds to provide vital equipment and £186,000
enhance facilities at RVC hospitals to deliver ANIMAL
world-class clinical care. We also support the Supporting education of
clinicians and scientists of the future by enhancing
their education and providing scholarships and veterinary professionals
hardship funds. In addition, we fund pioneering
research in animal and human health and assist
research projects carried out by undergraduate £134,000
and postgraduate students.
