Sandra Graduated in 2007 at the UCH-CEU University in Valencia (Spain). Following this, she completed a general internship at the Small Animal Teaching Hospital of th Autonomus University of Barcelona (Spain). In 2009, she moved to UK to start a Small Animal Anaesthesia internship at the Royal Veterinary College (RVC), which she continued with a 3-year residency in Anaesthesia and Analgesia at the same institution. She defended her PhD thesis in 2016 entittled "Multidisciplinary approach for improving diagnosis and treatment of canine neuropathic pain". She is preparing to sit the examination boards for the European College of Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia. She has previously worked as a Lecturer in Veterinary Anaesthesia at the Small Aninal Teatching Hospital of the University of Liverpool.
