Kelly is an exotic veterinary nurse at the Beaumont Sainsbury Animal Hospital 

Kelly qualified from the Royal Veterinary Collage in 2015 and has always had a passion for exotic species. When qualified she went on to do a year long internship in zoo and wildlife veterinary nursing at ZSL London Zoo. Kelly then joined the exotics service at the Beaumont while completeing her City & Guilds Veterinary Nursing of Exotic Speices qualification. She particularly loves to teach about birds and reptiles and has a particular interest in anaesthsia.

Kelly is continuing to develop her involvement in academic teaching but has lectured the exotics modle for the final year veterinary nursing students at Middlesex university and presents at yearly exotic nursing conferences. She is also an active member of the Association of Zoo and Exotic Veterinary Nursing. 

Kelly has also helped with children outreach summer programmes teaching children how to look after their exotic pets and helped them make enrichment toys for hospiatlised inpatients
