Vesicle
A small circumscribed elevation of the epidermis containing clear fluid less than 1 cm.

As above but more than
1 cm diameter.

Note the difference from a pustule. Vesicular diseases are generally rare in all species, at least in the U.K. Viral infections, auto-immune diseases and irritant chemicals are important causes.
