Welcoming a pet into your home can be a wonderful experience for you, your family and your chosen animal. However, sometimes things do go wrong and it can be difficult to know who to ask for advice.

The following pages have some information about the ways that the Animal Care Trust and the Royal Veterinary College’s hospitals can help you, as well as listing other agencies who are best placed to offer support in specific areas.
