Administrative Operations Manager

Responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure hospital effectiveness and efficiency. Working closely with the Hospital Director and management team to ensure delivery of outstanding clinical services, and ensuring appropriate allocation and maintenance of resources (people, practices, equipment, and facilities-including space).
I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2005 and joined the RVC in 2006. I worked at the Beaumont Sainsbury Animal Hospital as a veterinary nurse and then Head Nurse for ten years, before moving into a non-clinical management role in 2016. I completed the ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in 2017. I am a trained first aider and hold the NEBOSH Award in Health and Safety at Work.
