The Royal Veterinary College provides places in halls of residence for 95% of our first year undergraduate student body. Successful applicants who firmly accept our offers will be contacted directly with application packs when they become availalable.

Camden/London

College Grove

Location: RVC Camden Campus in London.
Description: Self-catering. En-suite bedrooms in 12 maisonette-style properties with up to seven rooms in each, and communal kitchen areas. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with shower, toilet and hand-basin. Free Internet and Wifi access is available in each bedroom.
Places: 83
Tenancy: 48 week minimum
Fees (2013/2014): £143.50 per week including utility bills. Tariff reviewed on annual basis.

Mary Brancker House

Location: Kentish Town in London. 20 minutes walk, or 5 minutes by bus, to RVC Camden campus.
Description: Self-catering flats grouped around communal kitchen areas. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, with shower, toilet and hand-basin. Each room has individual external telephone point and computer data point.
Places: 178
Tenancy: 50 week minimum
Fees (2013/2014): £151.78 per week including utility bills and contents insurance. Tariff reviewed on annual basis.

Intercollegiate Halls (University of London)

Location: Bloomsbury in London. 20 minutes walk to RVC Camden Campus.
Description: Catered. Accommodation includes bed, breakfast and evening meal Monday to Friday with an additional meal on Saturday and Sunday.
Places: A small quota of places in each of the six halls is allocated to RVC students.
Tenancy: Variable 39 - 42 weeks

Hawkshead

College Close

(Veterinary Nurse accommodation)

Location: RVC Hawkshead Campus in Hertfordshire.
Description: Self-catering. Each house is fully equipped and furnished, has ample bathroom facilities with a separate coin operated laundry and refuse area close by. An internal telephone is located in each house and internet access is available in each bedroom.
Places: 11 houses (up to six people per house)
Tenancy: No fixed-term contract.
Fees (2013/2014): The weekly rate is £108.00. Tariff reviewed on annual basis.

Student Village

Location: RVC Hawkshead Campus in Hertfordshire.
Description: Self-catering. Single study-bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, in groupings of six, arranged within three or four-storey twin pavilion blocks. Internet access is available in each bedroom.
Places: 191
Tenancy: 46 weeks

Odiham Hall

Location: RVC Hawkshead Campus in Hertfordshire.
Description: Self-catering. Single study bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities. Internet access is available in each bedroom and there is a coin operated laundry room and an internal telephone in the foyer.

Tenancy: There is ‘no fixed term contract’ for Odiham Hall, short term lets are available.
