John is an electronics and instrumentation design engineer. His main interests are the design and implementation of custom electronic systems and devices.
Biography
John's main interests are the design and implementation of custom electronic systems and devices to support the research carried out within the Locomotion Group and within the Centre for Animal Welfare.
Recent work includes novel GPS and acceleration loggers for use in equine performance research, physiological telemetry systems for use in animal welfare research, and distributed environmental data and video acquisition systems for the recently-completed welfare barn.
John is a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
