Graham Milligan

Graham was appointed as Director of the Clinical Services Division at the Royal Veterinary College, in July 2008, to lead in the development and delivery of a strategic plan to meet ambitious goals for teaching, research and service. He is directly responsible for a team of over 160 people, comprising mangers, technicians, and administrative employees who staff the College’s small animal, equine and farm animal clinical facilities, and diagnostic laboratories, as well as for the delivery of the clinical service provided by the RVC’s veterinarians.
Graham is interested in organisational behaviour and transformation, and delivering enhanced health care through improved compliance.
Biography
Graham qualified in 1985 from Cambridge University Veterinary School, and spent three years spent in predominantly small animal practice before joining Hill’s Pet Nutrition UK.
A nineteen year career with Hill’s encompassed roles of increasing responsibility in Europe and the USA, including at different times Marketing Manager for Hill's Prescription Diet in the USA, Marketing Director for theVeterinary Business in Europe Middle East & Africa, Sales Director EMEA and Director Of Startegic Initiatives EMEA.
