Elaine's role has several different components and as a member of the Senior Management Group of RVC, she is involved in policy development and cross-College decision making.
Biography
Elaine is the Assistant Principal and Head of Academic Support and Development at the RVC. She has responsibility for many functional units which support students and academic staff: Academic Development, Academic Registry, Graduate School, Library & Information Services Division, EMedia and Development Office. Within ASD we promote innovation and team work between ourselves and with academic staff and students to continuously improve the experience of staff and students.
Elaine is de facto Head of the College's Administration in relation to strategic matters; and last but by no means least she is Secretary to College Council, the RVC's governing body which is responsible for the strategic direction of the College.
