RVC Merchandise
The RVC's registered charity, the Animal Care Trust, has a selection of RVC branded clothing sporting the College Crest and gifts for sale at its online shop. Between September and December there are also a wide selection of Christmas cards - why not support the College by purchasing these charity cards for your personal use or use by your practice.
Donations
The Annual Fund's main objective is to ensure there are funds available to allow the flexibility to respond quickly and appropriately to the areas of greatest need within the Royal Veterinary College. Your donations, combined with those of others, make a significant and immediate impact upon the quality of the RVC experience for our students.
All of the projects supported by the Annual Fund rely on the generous donations made to the College by our Alumni. If you would like to support the Annual Fund or one of its sub-funds we would be extremely grateful. You can make your gift monthly, quarterly or yearly by direct debit; or as a single donation by cheque, CAF voucher or credit/debit card. There are also other ways in which you can donate such as remembering the College in your will, Give As You Earn and Shares giving schemes.
Please remember to Gift Aid your donations if you can.

Postal or Telephone Donations to the Annual Fund*
You can post a donation to us by cheque, credit/debit card, postal order or by CAF voucher. Please fill out a donation form and send to: RVC Development Office, Hawkshead Lane, North Mymms, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL9 7TA. Alternatively we can take credit/debit card donations over the phone, please phone us on 01707 666965.
The Annual Fund allows you to direct your gift to a priority of your choice. You can read more about these various funds on our Annual Fund page.
Make a Regular Donation to the Annual Fund*
Another way of helping us, is to make a regular donation to the Royal Veterinary College Annual Fund. It makes such a difference to know in advance that a certain level of donations will be received each year as it enables us to plan what we can spend to help our current students. To set up a regular donation, please fill out a donation form and a Direct Debit form and return it to us at: RVC Development Office, Hawkshead Lane, North Mymms, Herts, AL9 7TA.

Give As You Earn
What are the benefits?
- donations are taken from your salary so the Royal Veterinary College also benefits from receiving the tax
- you can make your donations anonymously if you choose
- you have the opportunity to build a relationship with the charities you support
- you can stop, start and change donations when you wish, and there are a variety of options to cater for regular or more ad hoc giving.
Example: If you pledge £10 from your gross salary, it only costs you £7.80 (at the 22% rate of tax) or just £6.00 (at the 40% rate of tax), but the charity gets the full £10.
There is no maximum limit to Payroll Giving.

Gift of Listed Shares & Securities
Gifts of quoted shares and securities will give the person who donates them tax relief for the full market value of the gift, in addition to any existing capital gains tax relief.
