A recent Queen Mother Hospital for Animals (QMHA) client satisfaction survey (conducted in 2010) revealed that the majority of clients rate their experience as "excellent" with "the staff" being the one thing they most liked about the hospital. 96% of clients would be "very likely" or "likely" to return to the QMHA and 97% would recommend the QMHA to friends or family.

We are sure this is your standard good practice but we wished to write because we were so impressed by the manner in which our dog was treated. In busy times (and these must be constant at the hospital), it could be easy to forget the human side of the work. Mr C’s love of animals was shown throughout the consultation and our dog was treated with care and love as well as medical expertise. We felt Mr C fully acknowledged our dog’s status as our much-loved family pet and recognised and responded to our anxiety regarding his ill health.
