Student Bursaries
The RVC will be offering bursaries of £2000 to contribute towards living expenses to outstanding home/EU and overseas students undertaking an MSc in 2013/14 . These will be allocated on a highly competitive basis to students applying for a full time place on the MSc. Deadline for consideration of this award is the 15th March 2013 and students wishing to be considered for this scholarship must submit a bursary application form (graduateschool@rvc.ac.uk) along with details of their UK Pass online application.
Career Development Loans
Career Development Loans are available to all EU nationals. To qualify for a CDL you must be ordinarily resident in Great Britain (i.e. England, Scotland or Wales) and have an unlimited right to remain in the United Kingdom (UK). Further details are available at: Career Development Loans
Commonwealth DFID Shared Scholarship Scheme
The Shared Scholarship is a joint initiative between the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (with funding from DFID), the Royal Veterinary College, as part of the British aid programme to developing countries.
In 2013/14, three awards are available to applicants for the MSc Wild Animal Health/Biology, MSc Control of Infectious Diseases in Animals and MSc Veterinary Epidimiology. Funding covers full costs of an award holder's study in the UK (fees) including airfares.
Deadline for consideration of this scholarship is the 15th March 2013 and overseas students wishing to be considered for this scholarship must have submitted an RVC DFID application form and a UKPass online application to the Graduate School by this date.
