This MSc is offered by one of the leading veterinary schools in the UK, supported by a BBSRC Advanced Training Partnership that was awarded to the RVC in collaboration with Edinburgh, Newcastle and Cambridge Universities. The programme has worldwide relevance and builds on the College’s expertise in veterinary medicine and business, animal health economics, public health, animal welfare, and teaching and learning.

The MSc is available through part-time, structured online distance learning. This delivery allows students to study for their degree alongside work and family responsibilities.

Who is the programme aimed at?

The MSc is designed for those working in the agri-food sector (pigs and poultry). This includes animal production through to retail outlets, as well as animal scientists, veterinary surgeons and other veterinary para-professionals supporting intensive livestock health and production. Graduates are expected to contribute further to the intensive livestock industries in the veterinary, public health or production sectors.
