Clinical Training Scholars

How do I apply?

The adverts for the recruitment of Junior Clinical Training Scholars and Senior Clinical Training Scholars appear in the Veterinary Record and on our website in the Scholarships available section. Adverts appear approximately 3-4 weeks before the closing dates, and for the majority of scholarships this is usually late January/early February with interviews in late February/early March. Interested individuals are advised to watch our website or scan the Veterinary Record for opportunities.

All recruitment is handled through Human Resources. Along with the application form, you should send in 2 sealed confidential references (see note on page 7 of the application form relating to email submission of reference letters), a letter of intent, a copy of your degree certificate, a certified transcript and any necessary translations. If English is not your first language, you should also send formal proof that you have obtained the required score in the IELTS or TOEFL exams.

Note: we require a separate application for each scholarship you wish to apply for.

Short-listed applicants for all scholarships will normally be notified at least a week before the interview date.

You can download the application form as a PDF or Word document:

Speculative applications should not be submitted.
