Training Programme
A Staff Training and Development Programme is published at the start of each academic year and offers a wide variety of courses in five key areas:

- Information Technology
- Leadership & Management
- Skills & Knowledge
- Wellbeing
The courses are open to all College staff including PhD Students, and to help you find ones that are right for you, we have further sub-divided them to indicate those which are relevant to everyone, and those which offer tailored development for:
- New Starters
- All Staff
- Academic Staff
- Early Career Researchers
The 2011/12 Staff Training and Development Programme is now available to download very soon, this year the programme will be available electronically only and gives details of the full range of off-job staff development currently scheduled for 2011/12. If you have any difficulties accessing the information, please let us know, and we will be happy to discuss details of the courses available with you.
