Staff Handbook
The staff handbook is designed to provide members of staff with a comprehensive range of information about the College as well as employment and other policies and procedures.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the contents of the documents listed, it is not always possible to keep up with changes to the College policy and structures, employment law or other regulations, which means that information, policies and procedures may become out of date quite quickly. It is therefore recommended that staff contact the relevant section of the HR team before taking any action after reading any of the policies listed below.
The contents of the handbook will be reviewed regularly and may be subject to change following consultation with the senior management of the College, via the SMG, and with the recognised trade unions, via the JNCC.
Staff who do not have access to a printer can obtain hard copies of all the documents from departmental line managers or Human Resources.
All files are Microsoft Word documents (unless otherwise stated).
The Online Staff Handbook is broken down into five sections:
- Introduction to the College
- HR Policies
- Academic HR Policies
