Rewarding Staff - Special Reward Panel

The Special Reward Panel (SRP) is a decision making body whose purpose is to manage the remuneration, incentives and grading for all staff up to and including Grade 8 with the Royal Veterinary College (College).   The intention is that it should provide a practical decision making process to deal with issues that fall outside standard policy and procedure or where senior management discretion needs to be exercised to ensure consistency of treatment across the College.

The SRP will ensure that any decisions made are consistent with the overall aims and values of the College and support the achievement of the Corporate Plan.

Scheduled dates of the next Special Reward Panel meetings are:

  • Tuesday 28th February 2012
  • Monday 28th May 2012

These dates are subject to change. In this event, the dates of rescheduled meetings will be communicated to staff as quickly as possible.

When making an application to the SRP, application forms must be submitted to HR at least 15 working days before the date of the meeting.
