Rewarding Staff - Special Awards
Special Awards provide a reward to individuals for clearly identifiable work done over a specific period that is regarded as over and above their normal workload. Special Awards are aimed at giving a significant one-off payment when the work has been finished. All staff in grades 1 to 8 are eligible for consideration subject to certain criteria.
