Rewarding Staff - Recognition Scheme
The recognition scheme is a mechanism designed to reward typically small but appreciated efforts in the short term through a small tax-free award. This reward acts as an acknowledgement of the extra effort of an individual or team which is not part of their ‘normal job’ and provides a ‘thank-you’ gesture. All staff in grades 1 to 5 are eligible for consideration subject to certain criteria and awards are in the form of vouchers to the value of £20 to spend at a range of identified outlets.
