Rewarding Staff - Extended Ranges
Extended Ranges are additional spinal column points that extend the spine range for each grade. They have two purposes; to provide a mechanism for rewarding employees who are highly valued in their current post; to provide a mechanism to enable recruiting managers to offer prospective employees a base salary above the spine maximum.
