Induction
Welcome to the Induction page for the Royal Veterinary College. The purpose of the RVC Induction Programme is to help new members of staff settle into their roles quickly, happily and successfully.
All new staff at the college will recieve an individual induction conducted by HR. In addition all new starters recieve an Induction Handbook which provides a clear insight into working life at the college. New staff also recieve an Induction Workbook specifically tailored to their needs and focusing on the new starters own personal development.

Quarterly Induction Afternoons
All new staff to the College are entitled to attend a Quarterly Induction Afteroon. We would encourage and welcome all new members of staff to attend. Staff will be sent individual invitations the to the next Quarterly Induction Afternoon by HR.
The afternoon will give you an excellent opportunity to meet and network with other members of staff. The afternoon also includes a tour of one of the College's two campuses, providing an important way of orientating yourself into the college.
