Absence
The College wishes to develop and maintain policies that provide all members of staff with appropriate support in relation to their health. Attendance and absence must be managed effectively both to ensure the well being of employees and to control and minimise the cost and impact of working days lost.
It is the responsibility of every employee to follow the RVC Absence procedure (further guidance can be sought by referring to the Leave and Absence Policy - currently being updated) as well as any local procedures that may be notified to you by your line manager.
