"Without exception, every member of staff involved with the care of my horse was extremely kind and caring and at all times professional.The level of care and treatment he received by far exceeded my expectations. They could not have been more dedicated had it been their own horse.Sadly the outcome was not good, but this was in no way anything to do with his treatment here.The staff fought very hard and overcame one obstacle after another, and were understandably very upset when he relapsed after discharge.I could never thank them enough for all they did for him."
